Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is this website about?
This is the online home of my work (Lundi Ramos). Here you’ll find essays, tools, and reflections at the intersection of collapse, creativity, and collective repair. It’s a space for those building lives with integrity, clarity, and rooted forwardness.
Why is this site so minimal?
This site is intentionally minimal for two reasons: speed and sovereignty.
Most people access the internet through mobile devices, which often means slower connections, smaller screens, and a need for clarity. A stripped-down site loads faster, navigates more easily, and honors your time.
Just as importantly, minimalism protects my privacy. I built this space to share my work freely while feeling free—without tracking scripts, excess noise, or the pressure to appear. It’s a home, not a billboard.
Do you offer therapy, coaching, or consulting?
I do not offer therapy or coaching through this site.
If you're seeking therapy, I recommend the mental health outpatient therapy nonprofit I founded and lead: Kind Therapy Inc. We offer free, low-cost, and workplace-supported mental health care. Start therapy by filling out a short intake form and schedule a free consultation.
My consulting practice is selective and project-based—built for leaders, creatives, and teams committed to systemic and individual change. If you're interested in collaborating, reach out via email.
What kind of consulting do you offer?
I work with people and organizations at a threshold—those reimagining their work, their structure, or their story. My consulting isn’t formulaic. It’s relational, intuitive, strategic, and sometimes disruptive.
I help root change where it can actually grow. If that sounds like you, reach out by email.
Are you on social media?
No. My work lives in slower, deeper places—on the page, in the soil, in relationship. You can follow new fieldnotes, projects, and offerings by joining my email list.
Why don’t you use social media?
Because I want my attention back.
Because growth measured in followers isn’t the kind I’m after.
Because my work lives better in soil, silence, and long-form thought.I don’t do posts or perform visibility. I do stewardship, systems healing, story, and a lot of silence and solitude—apart from plants, animals, and my wife.
What I offer lives here—on this site, in my writing, in the spaces that unfold in their own time.
I no longer want to give my attention to the intentions that shape those platforms—the ones that mine our time, our attention, and our worth. My world is built around following the energy of forward, not backward.
Can I republish or quote your writing?
You’re welcome to quote excerpts (with credit and a link back). For reprints or longer usage—especially for products, publications, syllabi, or creative works—please request permission via email.
How can I support your work?
Read and share my fieldnotes
They’re written for resonance, not reach. If something speaks to you, pass it on to someone who might feel it too.
I’m not here for controversy—only connection, like learning the names of the birds singing outside my window right now.
Buy from my Bookshop
I curate titles that have shaped how I think, feel, and lead. Every purchase supports independent bookstores—and sustains my writing. E-books and gift cards are available.
Donate to Kind Therapy Inc
This nonprofit provides free and low-cost outpatient mental health care rooted in equity and access. Your support helps expand care to those who need it most.
Buy Shirts from Kind Therapy Inc’s Shop
Wearable support. Every purchase funds care—and sparks conversation. What do you write about?
Do you accept speaking requests or interviews?
No. I don’t do public speaking, interviews, or press. My focus is on writing, creating, farming, and systems healing—what’s shared here is what I’ve chosen to make public.
Are some of your fieldnotes available as audio?
Some fieldnotes are available as narrated audio on my YouTube channel. You’ll find links on each essay page. If you subscribe there, you’ll be notified when a new audio—or video—goes live.
Do you have a book?
Not yet. When new work is released, email subscribers will be the first to know. My list is the only place I make announcements.
I don’t share or sell subscriber information. I only email when there’s something worth sharing—or something worth selling.
How can I contact you?
You can reach me directly via email. I may not reply right away—or at all—if I don’t feel a sense of resonance.
Most days, when I open my inbox, my dogs are asleep beside me or curled up in the next room. The window’s usually open. I can hear birds, wind, sometimes rain. So trust this: I’m kind enough to be loved by them, and quiet enough to listen.
Is this a business, a garden, a website… or some kind of weird Substack?
This is the home of my work—rooted in creative practice, collective care, and systems healing. Like any good garden, it’s seasonal, relational, and healthiest when free to grow into its fullness.
You’ll find essays, tools, and offerings here—but also space to pause, notice, and grow differently.
Maybe one day there’ll even be a comedy show. Stranger things have composted into bloom.
What if something here resonates?
Then trust that. You don’t need to sign up, follow, or engage. If something here speaks to you, let it. Revisit it, carry it with you. That’s enough.
I want to live in a world that feels like plenty. Don’t you?
